Welcome to OKANTOMI PARFUMS. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OKANTOMI PARFUMS.

OKANTOMI PARFUMS operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services offered to you, the customer (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. Descriptions of fragrance notes, accords, character, longevity or sensory experience are provided to help describe the product and do not guarantee that every customer will experience a fragrance in exactly the same way.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, packaging or availability where appropriate, provided that doing so does not affect rights already acquired by customers under applicable law.

Products are subject to availability.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we will send you an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If an order that has already been paid cannot be fulfilled, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Please check your order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Your rights to cancel or return an order are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Where the European Union statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to exercise that right, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and OKANTOMI PARFUMS.
